It is labeled as a butler's label, which means "a butler will be there for her (you) when you are tired from work and the world".
The "W Watermelon" on the label refers to the world's first watermelon koji and watermelon yeast developed by Tottori Prefecture and the first of its kind in Japan.

Sour aroma, more sour than watermelon🍉. Unique sweetness, sour and rich. The flavor is somehow watermelon🍉 and thick.
The alcohol content is -32, so I wondered how sweet it would be, but it's not too sweet, and it's delicious!
On the second day, the overall flavor is softer. When I drink it again, I can see the acidity stands out.
On this day, I drank it with sweet and spicy side dishes. It drank like a delicious junmai sake with the sweetness taken out, which was ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡.
On the third day, I tried it with soda water as it was recommended! The recommended 1:1 didn't taste like much sake, so I drank it 3:1 😆.
It was very tasty 😆 ❣️
After leaving the brewery, we went sightseeing in Tsuyama.
Tsuyama Castle, which is one of the most famous castles in Japan, the townscape of heavily-renovated buildings, the railroad museum of learning with its fan-shaped engine house, etc.â
I had a delicious hormone udon for lunch at Hashino Shokudo 💕.
It was a very enjoyable trip🎶.
