Time goes back to 🗓️4 month!
Ocarina-san raised Abechan💚 and raved about how delicious it was, and I almost opened the door to summer 😆 It was well received at Sake no Wa, and I've been wanting to drink it ever since 🎵.
So when I went on a business trip to Tokyo at the end of April to attend a F2F meeting first thing in the afternoon, I arrived at Tokyo station before noon and planned to have a light lunch before going to the head office 🤔.
However, I couldn't find it at the liquor stores in my neighborhood, so I decided to visit the liquor stores in Tokyo and look for Abe-chan💚 rather than having lunch here 🤔 ❗️
I walked around several shops quickly 💦 just in time to run out of time⏱️ and finally found him at Inamaya Ginza 🥹.
We had to wait for about 2 months before we could open the bottle 🤗.
I was scared to open the bottle.
The two of us were excited to see the bubbles on the sake cup!

I knew I couldn't do it 😅.
But it's not too sweet, but has a good balance of umami, acidity, and a slight bitterness that comes at the end.
I learned from Chidorisoku's post that Raku-fu-mai has different degrees in different tank lots! Ours was 2.
As you warned us ⚠️, it was gone in no time at all 😆.
