I thought I had an image of honda when I thought of SANDO, but she's gone 😆.
The rice polishing ratio is undisclosed, but I heard it's 55%.
The gas is so strong that I thought it was sparkling. I think it's the most gassy one I've ever tasted except for sparkling and active nigori.
I checked later and it's sparkling because it's secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It tastes citrusy. Very sweet and delicious. The low alcohol content makes it light and refreshing, like Kaze no Mori or Shinmasa, but I personally prefer Sanchi, where the sweetness is the main taste.
When the gas escapes, it gives a flat impression.
