lapin♡It was softly aromatic and had a nice sharpness.
The taste was very nice!
A rare sake from Aichi, Owari Ichinomiya! ねむたI enjoyed looking for local sake here and there, and when I was playing around with acquaintances, they themselves began to check out the sake they were interested in.
Good for you 👴.
It was described as tasting quite cheap, probably due to the fact that the price is quite reasonable.
In my opinion, it has a strong aroma of cemedine, and the taste of cemedine comes in a bang and leaves a lingering impression.
It seems to go well with thickly seasoned boiled fish. ちみーJunmai Ginjo from Kin Ginka Shuzo (Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture).
It's not listed on the label, but the brand name is probably "Kin Gin Hana.
It seems that there is still a hint of rice in the taste.
It's not the usual fruity and easy to drink kind. たこやき11/6 Autumn Sake Brewery Festival @ Ichinomiya Station 06/15
Top-Sen Gold & Silver Flower
The event's local brewery in Ichinomiya City. It's nice to meet them. While other breweries charge 300 yen for 60ml, this one is 100 yen, and it's heated sake. It has an old-fashioned nostalgia to it, but also has a modern, refreshing feel. I think it's great to have such a local, reasonably priced sake. のぶのぶWhen you drink it cold, it goes down smoothly.
I usually drink Junmai-shu, so I think it's not quite sharp enough...
It's not watery, it's refreshing, but it's a good sake with a hint of ginjo sake in it.
For some reason...we were unable to register as a brewery in Sake-no-Wa because there was no Kin Ginka Shuzo as a brewery.
Maybe you found a very rare one? RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
