It has an elegant aroma that spreads softly in the mouth, almost flowery. Personally, this may be the first sake in which I can taste such sweetness of rice. The taste is very rounded and gentle, without any peculiarities. In general, it seems to have an easy-to-drink taste, so it may be recommended for sake beginners.
