From the moment the bottle is opened, the sweet fruity ginjo aroma explodes 🤯.
It may be one of the strongest aromas I've ever had 😄.
It has a slight effervescence and is sweet and very juicy 🧃.
I had never heard of this brand before, and it was not registered in Sake-no-wa, but it tastes like Eiko-Fuji or Kangiku, with a sweet, royal, and gorgeous taste 🦚.
It's been a while since I've had a sake from this line, but it's easy to drink and goes down a treat 😘.
I'm sure it would be great with gratin or stew 😋.
I haven't tried it but I don't think it would go well with sashimi...
