The top notes are yogurt and lemony citrus. Strong foaming, drier than expected, bitterness and lactic creaminess at the end. If you drink it by itself, the bitterness and lactic acidity in the aftertaste will bother you. It is a good pairing with darker cheeses (cheddar in this case). It is low in alcohol content and light, making it ideal as an aperitif.
