Sake #3 purchased at Kamoshita Sake Shop, a sake brewery that was destroyed by fire and is now working together with other breweries to make sake, so I bought this as a show of support. There was also sake brewed before the fire 😳.
I found it to be basically a light, dry, modern sake with a touch of umami from the acidity 😌 I rather like it, but I can't find it anywhere near me, so it's hard to repeat...maybe if I visit Kamoshita again? I'm sure I can if I visit Kamoshita again 🤔.
