Made with the previous years Sake. Super cool. Sweeter and light. Best lightly chilled or at room temp. Accentuated spicy foods, cheese and was best with bitter chocolate. Lime really brightened up the Sake. Online it said it was best as an aperitif I agree but would also pair nicely to bring out the best in your food. Warm= ripe pungent smell :( too overpowering, but the taste was okay a lot richer/interesting. No melon/vanilla or Caramel.
