金猫魔
Junmai Ginjo KENICHIRO Omachi
This is the first time for me to taste Chiyonomitsu's K series.
The K stands for Mr. Kenichiro, the managing director of Chiyo no Hikari Shuzo.
and the word "Hikari" in pale dots.
and the word "Hikari" with light dots.
The sake is heated in the bottle to keep it fresh.
It has a gorgeous fruity, apple-like freshness.
And yet, it has a sweet aroma like a faint banana.
Mild and soft mouthfeel.
It has a clean acidity and a gentle astringency.
It has a juicy flavor and a smooth mouthfeel.
Ummm, Omachi KENICHIRO is delicious!
What can I say, it's a modern taste.
The image of Chiyo no Hikari has changed.
It's amazing, Kenichiro-san.
I have to drink the other K's too.
My father, who has always liked Chiyo no Hikari, also liked it.
