The refrigerator is overflowing with new sake and wine.... We first chose a craft saké that was light and could be opened quickly.
This is my first attempt at haccoba. This time, I was intrigued by the gin distillation lees and juniper berries used as secondary ingredients.
The aroma is exactly like gin itself. Unfortunately, the gassiness was not as strong as I had expected.
It is quite sweet. Maybe that's why I feel like I'm drinking a gin and tonic. This is not good.
The acidity and bitterness (also like gin) continue to the finish.
It was very tasty. I recommend it to gin lovers. If it had more gas, it would be a gin and tonic itself!
