I drank it cold. The rice polishing ratio is high at 75%, and you can taste the rice-like flavor when you drink it. However, the aftertaste is not too heavy and it is easy to drink.
The color is hard to tell from the picture, but it has a light yellowish tinge when served in a transparent sake cup.
