Purchased at my usual liquor store.
I was curious about this Niidashi-Senshu and decided to purchase it after reading the description.
As the name "melon" suggests, the aroma was melon and other melon-like aromas, fruity but not too sweet.
Did I taste the melon flavor for a moment as it went down my throat?
After taking a sip, the aroma when drinking might give the impression of melon soda.
The sweetness is there, but not so strong, and the aftertaste is also a bit acidic, but I don't feel any bitterness.
The taste is unexpected, as I had been informed beforehand that Niidashi zenshuu means sourness.
Alcohol 15%.
