National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka Saitama Prefecture Booth ③. Toa Shuzo, located in Hanyu City, was famous for its whiskey during the Showa period, known as Cherry of the North, Toa of the East, and Mars of the West. It is also known for its Ichiro's Malt story, but perhaps not so much for its sake. ◉貉藻普通酒 This is another difficult-to-read brand name, Mujinamo. Gentle mouthfeel and gentle sweetness. The aroma after swallowing is chemical-like. I didn't know this one was part of the Hinode Holdings group. I borrowed a photo of this one too.

National Sake Fair 2025㉙ Saitama Prefecture ④ Toa Shuzo in Hanyu City A subsidiary of King Brewery, a Hyogo-based manufacturer of mirin (sweet sake) and sake, the Saitama factory of King Brewery is located next to Toa Brewery. The brewery has a connection with Ichiro's Malt, but it's a long and tedious story, so if you're interested, please check it out 😌. I've had a young employee's challenge sake called ikou at Yodobashi in the past. You can also find cheap sake in supermarkets. Undisclosed Rice Polishing ratio: Hagatsudo Sai no Kagayaki, 15.0 degrees, Sake degree +3, 935 yen Sake named after a natural treasure, the muzinamo. It is recommended to be heated, but I think it is too light to be heated 🤔. It is too light and I would like more umami. But it's 935 yen, so I guess I can't say it's extravagant.

100% Sai-no-Kagayaki is used. It is recommended to be heated, but I wonder how it is. The taste is thin, or rather, absent. However, the aftertaste after rolling is quite good. A combination of piercing acidity and mild sourness.
