snow woman 2015 Stocked Junmai Sake 2.5 I bought it in Niigata at Super GW last year. I kept it in a cool, dark place for a long time. Slight scent of rice -> pleasant acidity -> a little spicy and sharp -> a little rounded w -> clear throat -> faintly bitter taste. Good to go with oil. It's been a while, but the taste hasn't gone bad. In general, I don't like or hate the taste? You can see the snowy landscape through the round window on the label, but it has nothing to do with the taste😃

秘蔵の日本酒をついに開ける時が来た！ 瓶には丸い小窓がついており。そこから雪景色が望める仕掛けになっています お味は…「これぞ米の味」といった感じ 刺身、鍋、揚げ物など、何にでも合いそうですな！
