I bought it in Niigata at Super GW last year.
I kept it in a cool, dark place for a long time.
Slight scent of rice -> pleasant acidity -> a little spicy and sharp -> a little rounded w -> clear throat -> faintly bitter taste.
Good to go with oil. It's been a while, but the taste hasn't gone bad.
In general, I don't like or hate the taste? You can see the snowy landscape through the round window on the label, but it has nothing to do with the taste😃
