Goshikinokumo❗This is a new second brand sake brewed by Fukushi Sake Brewery in Kushiro, Hokkaido! Last year, they tried to brew a new Yamahai sake and sold it as "Fukushi Yamahai Unfinished", which was also delicious, but now it is finally sold as a finished product❗ Goshikinokumo
There are two types of Goshiki Nomikumo, and the Yamahai Zukuri is called "Nusamai". I was going to buy it because it was so good, but the owner said that "Ashiri" would sell out more quickly, so I bought it.
This "Ashiri" uses white malted rice!
It tastes like melon 😋🍈 It's not sweet and it disappears quickly, making it easy to drink and gobble up 🎵Fukuji Shuzo, you did a wonderful job ❗
