A little late... the third part of our drinking trip.
It's a sake with a slightly long name.
This sake. I bought this sake with Yukikko at Sendai station.
It's a new experience for me.
You can feel the sweetness, and it disappears from your mouth without any sweetness.
I don't have the vocabulary to fully explain it, but the sweetness and cleanliness is a collaboration I've never felt before.
I recommend it.
