This is the family home of Yumi Karahashi, the beautiful announcer with glasses on Sunday Morning ✨.
Terroir is a word that refers to the climate and characteristics of a region ❗There are so many side letters like "assemblage" and "terroir" that I'm at a loss 😳
EPISODE 1 is made with local Yamada Nishiki from Kitakata 😃.
The taste was crisp with a light astringency that quickly disappeared ❗It was a beautiful and refined image of sake 😋.
