The rice is made from Kame-no-o, a fantastic sake rice.
The reason why we bought it was because of the good luck of cranes and turtles,
The sake was named "Tsurunoe/Kame-no-o" instead of "Aizu Chusho",
This sake is named "Tsurunoe/Kame-no-o" because of the lucky combination of a crane and a turtle.
Here it is. It tastes soooo good! ‼️

I had a chance to drink Kame-no-o at a tasting event held by Mr. Yuri at Yamada, a sake brewery in Ikebukuro, and it is very rich and delicious!
Aizu Chusho Fukunohana, a limited edition from Watanabe Sota Shoten, is also mellow, sweet, and delicious!
