シュウヤ
About 1700 yen for a No. 4 bottle at Shin-Osaka Central Life. First Kanagawa sake. The ginjo-like aroma is the first thing that comes to mind, and the aftertaste is surprisingly sharp. It is quite tasty. I'll have it with salmon sashimi 🍴🙏.

100% Gohyakumangoku from Shonan The name of this sake, which was jointly developed with Motox, a wine importer, means "wind blowing from the shore to the sea," and was named with the thought that the sake would spread its wings from Shonan to the rest of the country and around the world. As soon as you open the bottle, a pleasant sweet aroma wafts through the air, with a rich apple aroma on the nose and a refreshing sourness on the palate, but you can enjoy the dryness in your throat. Fruity and dry. It looks quite good when drunk cold! Slightly yellowish liquid with some clear legs.
