ペンギンブルー
Limited edition of Kouriu, which was good last time. Nama sake.
Easy to drink.
Fruity, syrupy and smooth. It has a pineapple-like taste.
Good pull for the mouthfeel.
Bitter with an IPA-like feel. Slightly tangy and sour.
It's a nice contrast to the food.
If anything, the vermilion is more to my liking.

Light and refreshing on the palate.
But the rice is sweet. Surprisingly, the rice is rich.
The smell is not so strong.
It is said that it was developed to make a high-cost, reasonably priced, and delicious sake with added alcohol.
It is a very good sake.
