It's cold 🥶I saw a flurry of snow mixed with sleet on my way home ❄I'm not too worried because it doesn't pile up even if it does fall in Kanagawa, but I hate the cold and can't wait for spring! This time I checked in with a sake that I have never seen reprinted before, but I buy it at the end of every year, a wooden bucket brewed sake from Haneda Sake Brewery 🙂. 100% "Shuku" produced in Kyoto Prefecture Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16%. Sake degree: +5, Acidity: -3 We first encountered this sake at the end of 2010. The sake brewed in a wooden cedar barrel had a better cedar barrel smell than this one. When I tasted it before purchasing it this time, I told the brewer that the smell of the wooden cedar barrels had gone down, and he was right, they have been using the same barrels for a long time, and they want to renew them, but they don't have a barrel maker, so they have been using the same barrels for a long time and the smell has gone down 😥. But it's delicious! Haneda sake brewery is basically dry! Not dry with a zing, but deliciously dry! Even when heated up, it doesn't have a sharp taste, but a full flavor of rice and a subtle fragrance from the wooden barrels. Delicious at room temperature or lightly chilled! It doesn't have the fruity taste that is so popular nowadays, but it is really delicious at various temperatures while enjoying the deliciousness of the rice and the scent of the wooden vat! I also recommend Rikuyu by Haneda Sake Brewery. Delicious!

Good morning, kozo-san 😃 Haneda sake brewery also has Daito ❗️ I bought it because it was recommended to me by the owner of a liquor store I know well as the best lukewarm sake👍.

Good morning, Kozo! ❄️ Yachimun is nice! Kaneshiro Nantoka? I like it too, I bought a fish buckwheat noodle cup 😊. I'm from Kyoto, but I haven't had this brewer's sake yet, so I'll give it a try 😁.

Pon. Good evening... Yes! Kaneshiro Nantoka! I am sure it is not the work of Jiro, a living national treasure 😁. Haneda Shuzo is a dry sake brewery, but it is easy to drink dry and tastes even better when heated.

Hi Koizo☆(*´ч`*) I think I can just barely enjoy it if it has a sake degree of +5 alcohol at 16 degrees... I don't like dry sake to have a twinge, but if it has less of that, I like the smell of the wooden vat and it sounds like an interesting sake 🍶.

Miss Shiri. Good evening. I think the aroma of the wooden vat is not as strong as I expected 💦.
