おっKikkura Sake Brewery
Sweet and soft. Like a white wine, though my wine experience is limited. Seems to go well with Western food.
This sake is sold mainly at sales events in urban areas and is not widely available. It is very special.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Saku's urban area.
The brewery has a hotel where visitors can experience sake brewing, and this season the hotel is so busy that it is fully booked. It sure looks interesting.
Picture 4 is miso ramen with sakekasu from the Tachibanakura Sake Brewery. A collaboration between a ramen shop and a sake brewery in Saku is currently underway (Feb. 12).
The inclusion of mashed potatoes gives the miso and sakekasu a sense of unity! Amazing! It's new! I'm going to copy it. 赤兎馬.
Sake rice: Hitogochi
Polishing ratio: 59
Elegant and slightly dry sake with a long finish!
Long-lasting aftertaste!
4.0 stars KumakichiThe second bottle from the Tachibanakura Brewery, run by the father of a high school friend of mine, was
Junmai Ginjo Mujinzou Unfiltered Nama Sake (Hitogochi from Saku, Nagano Prefecture)
In the Kanto area, there are not many stores that carry this sake, but MUJINZO is starting to be sold in the Tokyo area!
It has a slightly fruity aroma on the nose, and when you take a sip, you can feel the bitter acidity and bitterness like grapefruit, and the concentrated umami flavor of this classic bottle!
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% Hitogokochi from Saku, Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 17%. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
