Kumakichi
The second bottle from the Tachibanakura Brewery, run by the father of a high school friend of mine, was
Junmai Ginjo Mujinzou Unfiltered Nama Sake (Hitogochi from Saku, Nagano Prefecture)
In the Kanto area, there are not many stores that carry this sake, but MUJINZO is starting to be sold in the Tokyo area!
It has a slightly fruity aroma on the nose, and when you take a sip, you can feel the bitter acidity and bitterness like grapefruit, and the concentrated umami flavor of this classic bottle!
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (100% Hitogokochi from Saku, Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 17%.
