Traveling in Shinshu ③. A glass of sake ordered with "Taisetsukei" at today's inn [Kashiwaya Honten] 🍶. Kuroyo Special Junmai The aroma of rice is calm and quiet, the mouthfeel is smooth with a hint of sweetness, and it finishes with a pleasant lingering aftertaste and the sweetness of the sake's alcohol. The Shinshu Wagyu full course includes "Hoba Miso" and "Ishiyaki", followed by the highlight, "Sukiyaki". While following the flavor of the meat, the fat is kept clean and the exquisite salty taste is intoxicating. It was a day to enjoy an extraordinary experience at an inn overflowing with hospitality 😁. After this, we will explore the izakaya (Japanese style pubs) in the hot spring resort area 🤣.

Good morning again, ma-ki-! We were 3 people including myself, and the dining room alone was a huge room with 18 tatami mats 😲. It's a hot spring resort that can be reached by connecting the Hokuriku Shinkansen and local train, so it's also very accessible 😁.
