Reimei😳 There is Okinawan Sake at Nagasaki Airport! I was surprised and picked it up.
I was surprised and picked it up to find it was Nagasaki's sake.
It is a sake made by a sake brewery in Isahaya, using Yamadanishiki produced in Isahaya.
Even though it is the same Yamadanishiki, the sake brewed in Isahaya is softer.
It is almost mistaken for Gohyakumangoku.
It is light and has a mildly sweet taste.
The sponge cake in Nagasaki is delicious ☺️.

I think it's rarer than Okinawan one😅I heard that they named it Reimei after Reimei Sake Brewery in Nagasaki who taught them how to make sake. It seems that Kinegawa, who took over the Reimei Brewery, is still selling Reimei in Nagasaki.
