bonchi
Transparent with a faint yellowish tinge. It has a slightly dusty and withered aroma reminiscent of truffles, and a sweet aroma derived from raw materials reminiscent of sakura mochi and Mont Blanc. The aroma is strong. The mouthfeel is mellow and a little rough. The taste is sweet, rich and complex with a firm acidity. It has a long finish with a lingering flavor that makes it hard to stop even without an appetizer. Mature sake.
