Since the members of today's group (mainly six family members) are not really sake drinkers, we tried something a little less sake-like.
Sake with yeast from kiwi...?
Fruity and sweet. Sake level is minus 70 degrees. The alcohol content seems to be less than 10 degrees.
Maybe it would have been better if it had been cooled down more. It is a little too sweet.
The label is cute.
