I bought it during a sake stocking drive to Yamagata, which I had targeted during my summer trip home.
My friend in Yamagata was a regular buyer of soy sauce from La Jomom.
Now, this Starry Night, as the name suggests, is starry 🌟It's sake, but it's dyed in butterfly pea purple and gold leaf 🌟It's a beautiful and bewitching sake, but after a crisp sip, it's a solid sake. It also has a little body, so crisp ice, soda water and lemon 🍋 is delicious because the sake aroma is not lost 😋It's a color change and taste change.
