First, at room temperature. My wife says it's so-so☺️ Taste, bitterness, sweetness. Aroma of maturity. 70 degrees, fluffy. The umami is up. It is easy to drink. The acidity also comes out. My wife says it's a delicious soup😅Sautéed yellowtail with watercress🍀.

I had a chance to drink many things at Midorikawa's booth, but this is the one I really wanted to try 🎯.
It is available only as heated sake🔥.
The rice flavor🌾 is plump ☺️
Mellow & mild, easy to drink, without the hackneyed skittishness often associated with heated sake.
We were able to hunt for Masamune at the Niigata Sake Festival without incident 😆.
On a side note, I was able to ask the respective brewers directly for information on the Hatsujitsu Masamune and Fuji Masamune that I was not able to sample. I'm going to go hunting there sometime soon 🤗.
