Finally my wish came true!
And the soba noodles were handmade by myself ✌️
I tried to make handmade Soba a few times last year...
I'm not sure if I can do it right 😭.
This time I went to a soba noodle making class 🏫.
Finally I was able to make Soba noodles the way I wanted 🤣.
I got compliments from the teacher...
I felt like climbing a tree 🐷.
Shinshu Kamerei is Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi 🌾.
I was going to bring it to a drinking party...
But now I don't have any more to bring 😢.
Then let's drink it 😁.
Fresh aroma and light taste...
It goes well with soba noodles 🤤🤤...
I bought other Shinshu sake yesterday!
I need to make soba at home again... 😆
