Store. This year we decided on Tomikunaga, an event where sake pressed in the morning can be drunk on the same day. The name of the sake is the same as the toji's name, Biho, which translates to "Miho" in Japanese, and it is a fresh, classic sake. Fresh and classic, it tasted different from Hachiganso, but it was refreshing and easy to drink.

At a sake bar. Among the master's selections, this was the best of the day. This sake was brewed by a sake shop (Rajomon) on behalf of Shuho Sake Brewery. It was modern, sweet, tasty, and low in alcohol.

Kin Suzume入魂の一滴大吟醸

Store. Golden Chun Chun, or Golden Sparrow, is unusually popular at SAKETIME. We bought it after being told of a liquor store with a large distribution volume at a tourist exchange center. It has a sweet ginjo aroma like pineapple, and a smooth, umami-like finish with a slight citrus bitterness, but not enough to be bothersome, and it is very sharp. It was a taste of bliss.

Hello, makosuke-san. It is great to see Kinjaku in the Hall of Fame. I bought it in Iwakuni City on a road trip, as it is rarely available in local liquor stores. Even there, there were only two bottles, this one and another expensive one.

Bought at a store. I bought it after reading the specs for hot sake for New Year's, but when I warmed it up, it lost its balance, so I drank it cold. It was slightly effervescent, sweet and sour, juicy, and delicious cold.

Buy it at the store. It is a regional limited edition sake that is sold on the same day as the sake directly pumped early in the morning, so naturally we drank it on the same day. It is fresh, with the flavor of Hachitan-Nishiki spreading through it, and it is very smooth and crisp. It is indeed Doitsu's sake, and I will make a reservation for next year. Postscript: The second bottle was opened. I opened the second bottle and drank it hot this time, and it was delicious without losing its balance.

Bought at a store. I tried it hot (63-68 degrees recommended by the brewery) for a couple of days. I had an image that this kind of sake would lose its balance when heated, but it is very tasty! It has a beautiful sweetness to it.

Visit to the brewery. Opened the second bottle I bought at the direct sales place. It is a local only, slightly effervescent, sweet and sour, and delicious. It is a regular sake, but it does not seem to be suitable for heating up, so I enjoyed it at room temperature. I envy the people of Ueda City because they can buy such a delicious sake at convenience stores.
