Purchased during a visit to the brewery.
I didn't have much time, so I decided on the words "limited warehouse sale" 😆.
It has a light taste for being aged. I wonder if the aging method can make it less old 🤔.
The sweetness is creamy and almondy 🫘.

We stopped by in the nick of time so we didn't get a chance to relax, but it looks like you can take a tour of the brewery, so we'll come back and relax 😆.
The middle one: Daiginjo W Award-winning Sake!
I had to try this one 😤.
It is mildly sweet and mellow on the palate.
It has a mellow aroma that is typical of daiginjos.
(2) Right: "Denpo Ishi-Iraku San-nen
Compared to daiginjo, it is easy to drink with a refreshing sweetness. Although it says "matured," it is not dull.
(3) Left: Made in a transparent tank
I wonder if this sake is matured in a transparent tank with light 🤔.
Soft sweetness, clean and flowing 😆.

Nishibori-san can be reached by oo-bus from the station, so I'm thinking of taking my time to visit next time 😁.
