I came to the first shibori party at Nishibori Sake Brewery😄.
They bottle and sell sake🍶 pressed this morning at the back of the brewery.
The photo shows freshly pressed sake🍶 and Oyamakuma cider🥤.
I was allowed to taste it.
It is said to be a dry sake, with a clean and smooth taste, and a mild sweetness that is very soothing 😚.
I heard that the taste will change after a week of storage, but I probably won't be able to resist drinking it 🤣.
We also got to see the "tank that shines light during fermentation," which is famous among enthusiasts. I heard that the way the light💡 shines changes the sweetness or sourness of the wine.
I was very happy to see this too 🤩.
It looks like it will be held again on Saturday, December 14, so please come out and visit 🙇♂️
