It's December and it's getting colder in Iwate prefecture.
The roads leading to the mountain passes were covered with snow and blizzards here and there.
No, this is normal! 😱.
But still, scary things are scary.
It was the first time this year that I drove on snow-covered roads, so I drove more safely than ever before!

Well, I was a little tired.
But then we went to Yakitori Tomifuku for the first time in a long while in search of healing.
We had a bottle of Kamikimoto Junmai Ginjo, which must have been purchased from the Sakamoto Sake Shop, which is located somewhat next door.
It was labeled "super dry," so I took a sip with trepidation.
Ah, surprisingly, the flavor of the rice spread in my mouth.
I didn't feel it was that spicy.
But when combined with the tsukune, which was drenched in sauce, the flavor spread even further.
It was delicious. I am sure you will enjoy it.

But what does fully fermented mean?
I mean, all alcohol is fermented 😅.
