The same gentle aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and sweetness spreads with a thin acidity and a slight gassy feeling, with a slight bitterness and a woody aroma in the back, and it finishes quickly.
It is a well-balanced and beautiful sake that is easy to pair with meals, and is of course delicious on its own as well!
It went well with seafood pasta in tomato sauce.
The amazake made with Iraka sake lees, which was given to us at the time of purchase, had a very nice aroma and the grains were fine and tasty!
