It is a wonderful achievement that can be drunk after Jikin. It has a strong umami flavor, yet it is gorgeous and fruity. It is not too heavy. I wish they would make a lot of them without calling them limited edition.

At a good Japanese izakaya. If there is a Jikin, of course I would order it. Junmai's umami, sweetness, and transparency. It has a clear and crisp taste without bitterness. It is perfect. I wish I could have it delivered to my house every month.
