Saijo Sake Festival (3)
After Fukubito, we went to Kamerei Sake Brewery for the first time.
The entrance to the brewery has a very cultural festival feel to it.
Is it sweeter than Fukubito's Daiginjo-Masushu?
Personally, I prefer the taste of Kamerei.
It has a refreshing aftertaste!

Saijo Sake Festival.
I tasted a daiginjo 🍶.
It has a strong sweetness and high fragrance 😤.
Muscat sweetness, not too sweet, not too cloying, perfectly balanced. As expected of a daiginjo.
It was an adventure to get to the tasting zone because of the huge crowd 🤣.
A stroll in Saijo. Kamerei Sake Brewery had many goods such as T-shirts and cups. The sake was delicious, but I didn't even take a picture of which sake I was allowed to sample. It was a waste of my first drunken stroll.
