ぺっかーるI received Mimuro cedar oriogara in the middle of December.
It has been about half a year since I started sakénowa.
I am still a sake novice, but this sake is one of my three favorites.
It is extremely delicious!
Fresh aroma and fresh gas. I can't get enough of it!

The rice polishing ratio is 60%, so it must be from the Rokumaru series.
