It is well-known as Otters 45, and of course, it is a sake with a pleasant aroma. I've been to the brewery twice, so I feel like I'm already a part of the family. It is delicious.

Tastes like junmai sake even though it is a ginjo-shu. Mellow sake. A food sake. Sweetness and rice flavor.
