たっきんWarmed sake from Kutouryuu. I drank it at my favorite temperature while adjusting the temperature with a sake heating tool.
Kutouryuu. The aroma of the rice stood out, and the taste was delicious. It had the taste that only a heated sake can have. たっきんNeat, with a nice rice aroma. たっきんWhen I asked for umakuchi, this came out.
It has a strong yellow taste, but it is not peculiar.
It doesn't interfere with the meal. The aroma is low.
But it has umami similar to Kombu.
Local shop. closed since April.
Finally opened. It's a family business, so all the faces are the same.
