Not Hachitan Nishiki, but Hachitan 35
Sweet aroma like pineapple and pear.
No dryness of Ki, but good sweetness and fruity of rice. Slightly fatty bonito and makogarei sashimi came just right and were a good match* Sake and sushi are delicious together*.

Ki Special Junmai
Dry, sweet rice but light, a little alcohol. Good sharpness*.
This goes well with fish*, and because it's dry, it's great as a wash for fish fat*.
