I had a cup of hot sake at Kiyozakura Kappa Country in Fushimi for 200 yen per cup.
The hot sake has an alcoholic taste, which is typical of a honjozo sake, so you get the feeling that you're drinking sake!
When lukewarm, the rice-derived umami is even more apparent!
It has a slightly sweet flavor.
I visited many ancient tombs and shrines early in the morning, but I didn't see that many people!
I went to Fushimizu Shuzo Koji at 11:00am, but there was already a long line, so I gave up and came to Kizakura and found the type of sake I really wanted to drink now!
I knew that when I came to Fushimi, Honjozo and Normal Sake were calling me! I felt like an alcoholic!
I feel like an alcoholic!
Is it a dangerous sign that I want to drink as soon as I get to Fushimi?

Hello, Shinjou-san. I see you were taking a walk in Fushimi. Actually, I had a long oil drink yesterday 😆 Fushimi is quiet at the beginning of the year and it's a good day for a walk in Fushimi 😊.

Hi...
I stopped by Aburinaga too, looking for some sake.
I went in the morning, but it was much emptier than I imagined.
Still, the Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley was amazing!
