I was aware that Nagasaki sake is sweet, but this was surprisingly refreshing! Unlike Jiran and Fukkai, the sweetness is kept to a minimum and the aftertaste is good. Personally, I like this sake in Nagasaki! Fugendake, which is also made by this brewery, was also refreshing at +4!
I discovered that Nagasaki is not only for sweet sake!
