I bought the new Ottersai Junmai Daiginjo Polished Niwari Sanbu at the Ottersai Store as a reward for my hard work. With an alcohol content of 16% and a rice polishing ratio of 23%, you can directly feel the flavor of the refined rice.

The 23rd of every month is "Niwari Sanbu Day", so we had our third paid tasting at Ottersai Store Ginza for 500 yen. This is an extravagant tasting of Niwari-Sanbu, served hot! I enjoyed the aroma that bubbled up from the heat, the condensed flavor of the niwari-sambun, and the clean, crisp taste.

The 23rd of every month is "Niwari Sanbu Day", so we had a paid tasting of the second glass at Ottersai Store Ginza for 500 yen. This is a luxury tasting of the centrifugally separated Niwari-Sanbu, which costs around 8,000 yen for 720 ml. We enjoyed a cup of concentrated Ottersai flavor with no miscellaneous tastes.

The 23rd of every month is "Niwari Sanbu Day", so for 500 yen a coin, you can have your first paid tasting at Ottersai Store Ginza. It's a luxurious 360ml sparkling Niwari Sanbu, which costs a little over 3500 yen! The taste is refreshing and the rice flavor lingers on the palate.
