The 23rd of every month is "Niwari Sanbu Day", so we had our third paid tasting at Ottersai Store Ginza for 500 yen.
This is an extravagant tasting of Niwari-Sanbu, served hot!
I enjoyed the aroma that bubbled up from the heat, the condensed flavor of the niwari-sambun, and the clean, crisp taste.
