The last of the Nagano expedition was Shinanotsuru. The detailed specs are unknown, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma and a gentle rice flavor. It has a sharpness. It is the best. I don't think I will be able to escape from the sake swamp for a while.
Nagano is not only famous for its wine, but also for its sake. The modest ginjo aroma, the mild flavor, and the Miyamanishiki are delicious. The good thing about drinking out is that you can drink a lot.
