This is a sake we encountered after walking around Kamakura and having sashimi and local fish sushi at a restaurant we had a reservation for.
It was a light, dry sake with a delicious taste.
On that day, I also met "Katsuyama Dedication Junmai Ginjo" for the first time in 6 years.

This brewery is under the warrant of the Sendai Date family.
In August 2022, I met this sake again after 6 years.
It is mellow and delicious, with a white wine-like taste and drinking comfort.
In 2016, I first met this sake from the Sendai Date family's official brewery...and it was given to me as a gift by an acquaintance.
I enjoyed it while wondering if Masamune Date also drank it!
