Masamune hunters go today🍶.
We first headed to the sake brewery's store to try to get a bottle of Masamune in Tokyo. But they didn't sell it 😣.
I asked the shopkeeper and he told me that it was in the main store ❣️
Later, I visited the main store and was able to get it 🤩.
So here is the sake 🍶.
First is the cold sake 🧊.
It has a slight sweetness.
It has alcohol added but you don't feel the alcohol, it's very refreshing 😙.
It's like a real sake 😁.
Next is the heated sake 🔥.
Well, this is a sake for warming 🧐.
The sweetness has calmed down and the skiness has increased 😚.
The aroma was more pronounced and the taste was more like a standard heated sake 😙.
It was also suitable for warming up 🤗.

It seems that the low grade ones like Honjozo and Kasen have Masamune attached to them and the good sake is "Kinshin" 😅.
